FedEx Shipping Method

I need to use the default boxes for One Rate to be enabled, however I need to accommodate for padding, bubble wrap, etc., and can’t truly pack the box to the default interior dimensions of any empty box (I also need to adjust the weight of the box to allow for these changes as well).

The USPS Shipping Method handles this by having filters that can be modified, it would be great if this plugin was able to do something similar: https://woocommerce.com/document/usps-shipping-method/#section-21
