In short, no, each WooCommerce Payments account can only be connected to one site.
You can, however, have multiple WooCommerce Payments accounts, each connected to its own site.
Fraud prevention is one of the main reasons for this restriction, as allowing accounts to switch between websites would make it difficult to determine what the account is actually being used for.
