How it works with Smart Coupons

• You create a coupon in Smart Coupons, enable Auto Apply, and restrict the coupon so it applies only when the target product is present in the cart.
• When the customer adds that product, the coupon activates on its own.

Steps to set up

Step 1: Create the coupon

1. Go to Marketing > Coupons > Add New
2. Enter a coupon name, e.g., ProductA10Off
3. Discount Type: Percentage Discount (or Fixed Cart Discount) as per your requirement.
4. Coupon Amount: Example: 10

Step 2: Add product restrictions

Under the Usage restrictions tab:

1. In Products field, select Product A (or any product you want the discount to apply to). This ensures the coupon is only valid when this product is in the cart.
2. Click Publish to save the coupon.
