Due to the New York DFS takeover of Signature Bank, our payments partner, Stripe, has suspended deposits to Signature Bank accounts as of March 12, 2023.
NOTE: If you do not bank with Signature Bank (or if you do, but don’t use them for receiving WooCommerce Payments deposits), this article does not apply to you.
If you have a Signature Bank account connected to WooCommerce Payments for the purposes of receiving deposits, you must log into your Stripe Express account and switch to a different bank account. Until you do, your funds will accumulate in your account without being deposited.
After you have updated your bank account, your accumulated funds will be deposited into the new account along with your next regularly scheduled deposit.
