Yes. As noted on this page, WooPayments can be used as a payment method for recurring payments in conjunction with the Woo Subscriptions extension.
Keep in mind that, even though WooPayments can accept payment via alternative payment methods, only card payments and express checkout methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe, and WooPay) can be used for automatic renewals.
