Stripe offers Klarna Pay Later, but WooCommerce Blocks only offer Credit Card by Stripe, please allow other payment methods via stripe.

We have now integrated Klarna Payments: https://woocommerce.com/products/klarna-payments/ with WooCommerce Blocks.
You can find the compatible payment gateway and WooCommerce Blocks version on our documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/cart-checkout-blocks-support-status/#payment-gateways
So you can use Stripe and also offer the Klarna Payment option using the Klarna Payments plugin.
