Daily Deal’ Gutenberg Block

I would like to have a kind-of “Daily Deals” Gutenberg Block that could be featured on the home page with a countdown.

I’m looking for a way to present one product or 2 products with a countdown and count of items sold – similar to what was once created by Matt and is now removed:
