    There is a free plugin for this and it is popular and kept up to date. I don’t want to post a link as it is not an official Woocommerce plugin, but you can search the WP plugins database to find it. It’s a very simple plugin, no settings. You just install it, activate it and all your wc external/affiliate links open in a new tab.
