We’re currently facing a significant number of customer complaints regarding our instant win competitions, reaching into the hundreds. Here are the main concerns:
Multiple Emails Per Purchase: When customers purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, they’re receiving a separate email for each ticket. For customers buying 100-200 tickets, this means they’re flooded with emails, which is driving up our email provider costs and causing frustration, leading some customers to stop participating altogether. Is there a way to consolidate these notifications so that each purchase only triggers one email, regardless of the number of tickets?
Notification of Results: Another recurring issue is that only winners receive an email notification. Customers who don’t win are left without any information, which makes them feel like their money has been spent with no result, as they receive no confirmation of losing entries. We’d like to know if it’s possible to modify the email system so that each customer, win or lose, is notified of the outcome in a single consolidated email per purchase. This would eliminate the need for separate “winner” emails and ensure everyone receives clear information about their results.
