Switching for subscribed Product Bundles is currently unsupported. Add the ability to modify the contents (but not the subscription plan) of a Product Bundle in an existing subscription.

    This is essential to be able to offer subscriptions on bundles that don’t typically remain fixed- e.g. food orders; people don’t want to eat the same selection week in week out.
