Use FreeAgent Default Payment
In FreeAgent, when you create an invoice you have the option to use a default payment method. For instance, you can use Stripe to take payments. You link your Stripe to FreeAgent via the portal. When you create an invoice the default payment option is selected so that and all future invoices will include a payment link in the email sent to the customer.
We would like to see this default payment option being honoured in the FreeAgent Sync, so when a new WooCommerce order is created, it will generate the invoice in FreeAgent and include the default payment option, so when the invoice is emailed the customer has a payment link within the invoice or email itself (however FreeAgent handles this)

Thanks for your request. In an upcoming release we are looking to add settings for payment methods for invoices along with a filter to allow further customisation of this.
