Add ability to enter shipment date when creating labels

From github https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1623

> There is no option to change the mailing date that I can find. As of today when I create a label via Woocommerce, the label prints the following day’s date on the label. That is fine if dropping of packages the next day, but if I wanted to drop off the same day with a label dated for tomorrow the USPS clerks give me a hard time accepting the package because the date printed on the label is not the current dayl. It seems there should be an option in the drop downs when creating labels for the package shipment date to be inputed by the user.

This doesn’t seem optional. It is absolutely essential to be able to set the date, since the post office only ships on the date on the label. I’m guessing most sizable or significant businesses are not using this plugin, but since it’s a free extension maybe it is expected that significant businesses will use something else. My business is not huge, but I certainly cannot count on having every morning available to print labels and every afternoon available to mail them on demand. it is much more efficient to print at scheduled times and mail at future scheduled times. As John R commented, this causes a lot of grief. It really seems to work nicely except for this oversight.

The lack of this feature means I need to work late every night, since I can only print shipping labels for the next day after the post office closes.

Agreed. I had a package setting in the post office all the next day because the label date was a day ahead. Ideally, the date should be today’s date – and if I can’t mail it today, provide the option to change it to the next day. At least add the ability to change the shipment date – that shouldn’t be too hard to implement, and it would sure save a lot of grief for us.
