    Whenever a user signs up to become an affiliate, an email is sent to the affiliate manager/store admin to notify.

    You can enable/disable this email from WordPress admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Affiliate Manager – New Registration Received

    You can customize this (and any other) email as explained here: https://woocommerce.com/document/affiliate-for-woocommerce/how-to-override-templates/
