The plugin for Contact for Shipping Quote currently has two options for tax – either taxable or no tax. In most instances in NZ, tax is applied to the delivery charge.

The figure entered by the admin for a shipping quote request has GST% added on top at the checkout. But the amount sent in an email to the prospective customer shows the non-inclusive amount. As such, the quote they are accepting suddenly increases by 15%. Using the not taxable option isn’t viable as delivery *is* taxable.

Is it possible for the admin to enter the GST inclusive amount? And the customer to also see the GST inclusive amount in the email they receive?
