    What didn't you like about this product?

    This is a plugin for dumbies who don't want to customize and just accept what facebook gives them. Can't even do the basics which is map variables in the product list. Also, I have admin access to a catalogue and it won't let me access it via the button in the plugin. But I can access the catalogue in facebook business.

    How could it be improved?

    More configuration options.
    Less bugs, but facebook in general has more bugs than every other site.

    Second time reviewing this, they deleted my first review. It's awful. There is no support whatsoever. Add to cart doesn't fire and the product catalag sync feature seriously slows down my site. There are better options.

    How could it be improved?

    Everything could be improved, especially support.

    horrible. so bad. doesn't work. try to get support. Get an automatic reply that it will be 30 days before you are supported and that's with being expedited as someone buy ads.

    What didn't you like about this product?

    It caused so many issues between my site and Facebook.

    How could it be improved?

    There was NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. I did, however, get an email at some point to get a reduced rate on a larger bundle of plugins from the developer. I responded to that email stating that I couldn’t even get this plugin to work and explained the situation. NO REPLY. Support your plugin!

    How could it be improved?

    I had to delete my entire page as my products wouldn’t sync, I couldn’t delete anything and it generally broke my page AND my site. Terrible. Do not use!!

    Really does nothing easy or intuitively

    How could it be improved?

    This plug in is very confusing to use. Selecting and controlling which products display is a nightmare. Finding the controls in the WP dashboard is a treasure hunt. It has great potential but the developers know nothing of how WooCommerce and WordPress work.

    The plugin is causing error 503 on my site. There is no way to contact support to ask about it and the documentation doesn't cover anything except how to book adverts with them.

    How could it be improved?

    Better customer support than at present.

    Can't handle very well products with variations. For some reason, it imports the variation code into the description. This is not an issue for products without variants.

    How could it be improved?

    Besides fixing the obvious bugs, let us control the mapping used during import.

    It will export every variation of a product as a separate product to Facebook. Imagine what this does for size variations. You have several of the same product in the Facebook shop with no indication as to what size it is (or that it is for different sizes). You click the Buy button and you get taken to a cart with your mystery size preselected. This renders this plugin practically useless since it really is only effective for simple products.

    How could it be improved?

    Add a checkbox on the Facebook tab of the product page that sends only one variation to Facebook. Have the URL assigned to the Facebook Buy button be the Woocommerce product page rather than a cart page.

    What didn't you like about this product?

    Full of bugs. It breaks, stops working and then Facebook have no customer support at all. They use Github as their support and it's full of people spending their own time describing the same bugs individually. I've wasted a lot of time with this plugin. Woocommerce are great and have good customer support, Facebook is the opposite, with no support at all.

    How could it be improved?

    Facebook should just provide support. With real people, like other companies do. I see replies on Github telling people they will whitelist their site. So, these people on Github with admin rights to blacklist or whitelist pages, who are they? This seems like a phishing paradise, where people need technical help but don’t know who their chatting with.

    What didn't you like about this product?

    It doesn't work. 1) The download says version 1.9.12, but instead downloaded the version 1.9.10. 2) On the plug in page on my website, it says version 1.9.12 is available, but when I update, it is still version 1.9.10. 3) I set up the Facebook catalogue and shop. A few minutes after the upload (some products are partially uploaded), the plug in was deactivated by itself. I tried to reactivate, but was unsuccessful. It keeps asking for update, which doesn't seem to exist. 4) I then tried to get technical support from the plugin authors (Facebook). Find out there is no support for this extension! Very poor plugin, full of bugs. And it doesn't seem like Facebook really care. I really need to connect my store with Facebook so that I could use their dynamic ads, but it seems they really don't want people using Woocommerce to use their dynamic ads features.

    How could it be improved?

    Having a dedicated team of plugin authors and support people would make this plugin great. It is actually a very useful plugin if it really works as advertised.

    Doesn't work and has many bugs and problems. Support is hard to get. I have an open ticket for 22 days and the last response I got was 12 days ago.

    How could it be improved?

    Improve quality of development and testing and improve support.

    Cannot change the pixel being used once it is installed! Accidentally created a pixel under my personal account page and not my business page. After removing and readding the plugin, it automatically reverts back to my personal account's pixel. Facebook has no fix for this. I now cannot use this pixel or run ads from my business page as everything for my businesses website is now linked to my personal pages pixel. What a disaster.

    How could it be improved?

    FIX IT. Why would you a) not allow someone to transfer a pixel, b) not allow someone to change a pixel on a website? Dumb.
