Why Propoza Quotations Manager?
Propoza’s Quotation Extension enables your customers to request custom prices from your webshop’s front-end, with a user-friendly and customizable Request-for-Quote (RFQ) form.
On submitting the RFQ form, your customers receive an e-mail confirmation for the quote they requested. You can now create a custom price to each requested item and send a proposal back to your customer.
The customer will be able to either accept or decline your offer, via a client dashboard or directly from the e-mail. When the customer accepts your price proposal offer, he can check out with the discounted price via your regular webshop checkout.

What’s in the Standard Plan?
The Standard Plan adds quotation functionality to the WooCommerce front-end. Store owners reply with a custom price proposal. Propoza sends quotes to customers by email including PDF attachment. Price proposals can be either rejected with a comment or accepted. The Standard Plan is €9,99 p/m.
What’s in the Business Plan?
Besides all the essential features of the Standard Plan, the Business plan enables front-end users to convert their quote requests to orders via the WooCommerce checkout. The quotation process is fully automated. The Business Plan is €19 p/m.
