There should be a button from within the edit coupon page where you can send (or resend) the coupon manually. This is necessary because there are a number of instances where it comes up – for instance, if someone enters the wrong email address originally, and then they need us to change it for them and they need it re-sent, or if the person never gets it for some reason.

We appreciate your support and patience for this feature 🙂
Good news! The resend coupon option is now available from version 8.8.0 and up.
Follow these steps:
Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders.
Edit an order to resend coupons.
Under Order actions on the right, select the Resend coupon emails option from the dropdown menu and hit the arrow next to it.
We recommend you give this a try and reach out to us to share your feedback.
You can raise a new feature request(s) for any other suggestions.
Hello, I’ve been told to comment on here to fix a bug in Smart Coupons. If a customer buys a gift voucher with Apple Pay their order doesn’t autogenerate a voucher. This is a bug not a feature request. It needs to be fixed! Having the option to send the coupon manually would help but it needs to generate the coupon to begin with.
Update: This feature will be added to the plugin by October 2023, just in time for the holiday season.
Good news!
We have started evaluating this and targeting to have it available in the plugin latest by June 2023.
We’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Do we need more votes, @StoreApps?
Bump!
So it’s 2023 and this is a question from 2013. Almost 10 years? Isn’t it time we get this? For $129 this option should be added.
Agreed! Need this.
It also would be handy if there is a button that we can use to resend the code to the recipient if the coupon is bought as a gift for someone else.
Agree with this! Has there been any progress?
