Order Delivery for WooCommerce

there is any way to create in next version a tick box with customer notifier only? Not make any sense. There was a check box notify customer. For example I forget to change status in one order and after 3 days where customer receive the order I need to change the status to complete. So after 3 days I don’t want to change the status and customer receive the email.
