Subject to credit approval. As a condition to using the card, you may be required to set up weekly automatic payments (“Weekly AutoPay”) toward your current balance. Upon approval, refer to your Card Agreement, AutoPay Settings, Cash Back Rewards Terms and Conditions and Vendor Offers sections in your Online Portal for additional details. Authorized users are subject to regulatory compliance checks to obtain, verify and record information that identifies authorized users.
1To become eligible to earn your one-time $500 cash back rewards bonus, you must apply for the Woo American Express Card by March 31, 2026 and use your new Woo Business Card to make at least $5,000 in net qualified purchases (minus credits, returns and adjustments) within the first 90 days of account opening. Your Account must remain open for your cash back rewards bonus to be earned and applied. If earned, the cash back rewards bonus will be credited to your rewards balance after 3 billing cycles once your Account has been open for 90 days. Disputes, fraud, illegal transactions, fees and interest, gambling transactions of any kind, or purchases that otherwise violate the terms of your Account or the Card Agreement are not eligible. This one-time promotion is limited to members opening a new Account in response to this offer.
*You may earn up to 2% in cash back rewards on all net qualified purchases (minus credits, returns and adjustments) posted to your account which includes 1% in cash back rewards for paying your entire current balance on a weekly basis via AutoPay.
