I’ve been using the Restoration theme by Fuel Themes since 2021, and unfortunately it has barely received any meaningful updates. Since 2024, the templates feel outdated, and with the newer WooCommerce versions becoming so important, it’s frustrating that this theme seems to be falling behind. What makes it even worse is the lack of support. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times over the years and never received a response. For a premium theme, I expected much better maintenance and customer service. Overall, the theme no longer feels reliable for my needs, and I can’t recommend it in its current state.

We had problems with the theme and 4 IT specialists couldn't help because the problem was with the theme. I wrote to fuel themes 4 times about the problem - no response. We renewed the license and did an update - it got even worse, now we have much more problems than before. Nobody has responded to this either, we will now cancel the license and consider buying another theme. So poor support and absolutely not recommended.

Absolute nightmare. Took over a month to get the out-of-date extensions fixed, and that was working through Wordpress support because Fuelthemes won't communicate at all. And even with that, the theme does not install properly. Had to pay someone else to build my website. Non-existent customer service. Don't waste your $.

Not working on importing and no support
Hello, Bought this but unfortunately the demo import does not work, it has syntax error and their support is not responding at all. Making the theme to be unusable and waste a money.
