The WooCommerce Facebook Group is a fast-growing group of folks focused on helping each other succeed in the world of eCommerce. We’re excited to have you join us! Here are a few quick tips for getting the most out of your experience in the group:

1. Write an introduction post – Let us know a bit about you, what you’re working on (or wanting to work on) in the world of eCommerce, and how we can support you!
   
2. Look for opportunities to help others – Take a look at other member’s posts and see if there is an opportunity to share what you know or just be a source of support and encouragement.
   
3. Ask for help when you need it – We want to help you succeed in eCommerce broadly and with WooCommerce! If you need help, write a post and let us know. Try to share as much detail as you can.

At WooCommerce, we’re on a mission to democratize commerce, which means making ecommerce more accessible to everyone. We do that through education, through open source software, and through community.

There are three values that guide our work in the WooCommerce Community:

1. Inspire – We want to inspire ourselves and others with what’s possible in the world of eCommerce. We do this by sharing stories, examples, insights, perspectives, and ideas.
   
2. Empower – We want to help each other move from inspiration to action. We do that by sharing guides, tutorials, tips, resources, and recommendations.
   
3. Include – We want to keep lowering the barrier of entry to success in eCommerce. We do that by continually working to make education, software, and community increasingly more accessible.

Keep those values in mind as you participate in community and look for ways to join us in living them out.

Here are a couple of resources you may find useful if you don’t already know about them!

1. WooCommerce Live – We produce a video series focused on teaching the basics of eCommerce. Check it out and sign up to join our live audience!
2. WooCommerce Blog – We publish 2-3 new posts per week and we’ve got some fantastic content. Check it out and join the mailing list to be notified when new content arrives.
3. Documentation – We’ve got excellent documentation that can help answer a lot of basic questions you might have! Check it out and if anything is missing or you have ideas for making documentation better, post a message in the Facebook Group and let us know.
