No. The plugin is designed to be lightweight and optimized. It only loads its sorting logic when needed (on shop, category, or search pages).
For manual sorting (drag & drop), the order is stored in the database and retrieved quickly with indexed queries.
Automatic sorting rules (by price, rating, sales, etc.) rely on WooCommerce’s existing data fields, so they do not introduce extra heavy queries.
If your store has a very large catalog (e.g., 10,000+ products), performance mainly depends on your hosting and caching setup, not the plugin itself.
If you haven’t assigned a custom sort order to a category, that category will automatically use the rules from “Default Sorting.” If Default Sorting is also not configured, the plugin will fall back to WooCommerce's built-in sorting options.
To reset:
Go to the target category in the plugin dashboard.
Locate the "Reset to Default" button in the sidebar.
Clicking it removes any custom rules or order for that category and reverts to default behavior.
Yes. Pinned products will always remain at the top of the list, overriding any automatic sorting rules.
You can schedule when a custom sort order should be active.
Start Time: The moment your custom sort begins.
End Time: When the sort reverts to default.
Server time is displayed to help sync your schedule. Leaving either field blank means no time limit for that value.
