Lorsqu’une nouvelle vente arrive via votre système de point de vente, les quantités de stock sont mises à jour dans WooCommerce. Lorsqu’une nouvelle commande arrive via WooCommerce, votre compte Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) indique les mêmes quantités de stock.

What data gets synced between Lightspeed and WooCommerce?

The integration keeps your product data aligned across both systems. That includes:

  • SKU and product IDs so items stay mapped correctly.
  • Titles, short descriptions, and full descriptions to ensure product details are consistent everywhere.
  • Pricing and sale prices so customers always see the right amount, whether they’re in-store or shopping online.
  • Stock quantities that update in real time, when you sell through WooCommerce, Lightspeed adjusts; when you sell at the register, WooCommerce adjusts.
Does this plugin import my current Lightspeed catalog into WooCommerce?

Yes. On setup, you can pull in your entire Lightspeed catalog and map products automatically, so your WooCommerce store matches your POS.

Will variable products sync correctly between Lightspeed and WooCommerce?

Yes. Lightspeed matrix products map to WooCommerce variable products. Each variant syncs as a separate variation with its own SKU, price, and stock level.

How do I know which series my Lightspeed POS account is?

Use this plugin if your store runs Lightspeed Retail. If you're unsure which Lightspeed version you’re on, your Lightspeed dashboard will clearly indicate either “Retail (R-Series)” or “Retail POS (X-Series).”
Both versions are fully supported.

I'm not on Lightspeed yet. Can I still use this?

This plugin requires an active Lightspeed Retail account (R-Series or X-Series). If you're evaluating Lightspeed for your store, contact our team and we can point you in the right direction.

Can I sync multiple Lightspeed stores?

At this time, the plugin can only sync with one Lightspeed store per WooCommerce site. Please reach out to our support team to let us know if this feature is important to you!.

    Support was in many ways frustrating- after they could tell it was going to be complicated they started only responding once a day no matter how quickly I'd drop everything to get them the information they needed. It took some time initially to prove the problem was with the plugin and not (just) user error or Woo. That said Andrew himself was very patient and helpful. We started on Jan 21, 2026 and finished getting everything sorted on Feb 20, 2026. He helped run several SQL commands and custom code snippets.

    ZERO stars. Support is beyond horrible and your connection will never work. Kestrel will tell you that it's not their job and point you to WooCommerce who will tell you that because you are using the Kestrel plugin that it's not their job so they won't help either. Then god forbid you actually get to a human at lightspeed - that's when you will want to literally throw your laptop against a wall. AVOID - it does not work, they will not help you to make it work and then good luck getting your money back from Kestrel. I'm still waiting.

    Had the pleasure of working with Andrew for support, and he provided detailed step-by-step instructions for setup/implementation that allowed us to confidently use the plugin despite some gaps in the documentation's information. By far some of the best support I've received by an individual. Follow up: had to reach back out to Andrew after a failed integration. He scheduled a call, walked me through items and issues, and helped me correct items that were causing conflicts during integration. Absolutely, hands-down, the best support assistance I've received for a plugin.
