Q: What if I can’t find the email templates?

Q: What do I do if customized emails are not sent?

A: You can export the customized email templates to keep a backup, then please reset the current template to its default layout.

If the default Woo email template is sent successfully, there is an issue with your previous template. Your previous template could include inappropriate external links or images. Please try to design it again using only built-in options.

If the default Woo email template still doesn’t send, you may need to set up WordPress SMTP properly.
