This extension automatically attaches a PDF copy of the invoice to the completed order email. Customers can login to their account and download previous invoices and admins can resend the PDF or download a copy

Support is completely non-existent. Several support requests are simply ignored. Instead, you receive requests to rate the support you have received.

I've used this plugin for years and it has worked well. After resubscribing this year the plugin failed to install so I reached out to the developer for support. I've heard absolutely nothing from them so have requested a refund from Woo which was immediate. Andrew Benbow must be losing a lot of customers due to the poor support being received by his customers. Such a shame!

It used to work great - although a bit beta-ish. Now it doesn't and there is no support. I just renewed the license, but want a refund - but again, no support. Not by the author, not by Woocommerce.

We are using this plugin for an year and it works perfectly. I can't say anything about the support (there are a lof of complains in the reviews) but plugin itself works and does its work - generate invoices. We're a little surprised that the last updates were in 2024 (because we are paying subscription fee for it but didn't get any features or bug fixes for an year) but at the moment this plugin can be used with newest WooCommerce version (October 2025).

We use the PDF invoices, for multiple reasons, easier for the client to have a file to save for their tax purposes, and we use our copy as a packing slip and another copy for the freight address. More professional all around
