If your store sells anything custom, like t-shirts, cleaning packages, printed signs, or catering, you already know the problem. Customers ask for a price, you send a quote, and then they disappear. PriceWise Pro fixes that by letting customers build their own price right on your product page, without you having to do anything.
PriceWise Pro adds a real-time pricing calculator to your WooCommerce products. Customers pick their options, the price updates on screen as they go, and they add to cart. No emails back and forth, no waiting around, no “contact us for a quote” dead end. It works like a short step-by-step quiz that ends with a price and a buy button.
Unlike other product options plugins that just slap a fixed charge on top of each option, PriceWise Pro lets you write actual pricing logic. Things like multiplying quantity by unit cost, adding setup fees, or applying rush order multipliers. You write it in plain text and the calculator handles the rest.
Build your calculator using any combination of these:
A custom t-shirt store might use a dropdown for style, a slider for quantity, radio buttons for print type, and a file upload for the design. A cleaning business might use checkboxes for rooms, a dropdown for frequency, and a number input for square footage. You build it to match how your pricing actually works.
This is what makes PriceWise Pro different from other product options plugins. You can write pricing formulas using the field names you set up, just like a spreadsheet. The total updates the moment a customer changes anything. No page refresh, no delay, just instant live pricing.
When a customer adds to cart, the calculated price goes in, not the base price on the product. All their selections show up in the cart, at checkout, in the order confirmation email, and in your WooCommerce admin. You always know exactly what they ordered and what they paid.
Over 15 color settings let you match the calculator to your store brand. Change the header, buttons, badges, footer and more from a color picker right in your admin. No CSS, no developers, no guesswork.
Yes. It works with simple products, variable products, all of them. You just need to make sure the product has a regular price set (any number is fine) and your calculator has at least one field added. Both of those need to be true for it to show up on the product page.
Not at all. Everything is done through a point and click interface. You add fields by clicking, you write pricing formulas in plain text like you would in Excel, and you pick colors from a color picker. Most people have their first calculator live in under 15 minutes.
Yes. Every field type supports its own pricing. Each option in a dropdown, radio button, or checkbox can have its own price that gets added to the total. You can also write a full formula that multiplies, divides, or combines fields however your pricing works.
Yes, fully. Whatever the customer picks or types shows up in the cart, at checkout, in the order confirmation email, and inside your WooCommerce admin. You always see exactly what they ordered and what price was calculated.
Yes, three ways actually. You can assign it globally so it applies to every single product in your entire store at once. You can assign it to a whole category so every product in that category gets it automatically. Or you can assign different calculators to specific individual products if you need them to be different. There is a priority system that controls which one shows up when more than one is assigned, so you always stay in control.
Two things to check. First, make sure your calculator has at least one field added in the Fields tab. Second, make sure the WooCommerce product itself has a regular price set, even just putting 1 in there is enough. Both of those need to be in place for the calculator to appear.
Yes. You can export any calculator as a JSON file from the Import/Export section and import it on any other site. Really handy when you are moving hosts, working on a staging site, or just want a backup before making big changes.
Yes, it works on phones and tablets just as well as on desktop. The whole interface is touch optimized so customers can tap through the steps and drag sliders without any issues on a small screen.
