The plugin works quite reliably to send transactions from WooCommerce to Xero. However, I have been told by Xero that it is not acceptable to create a new contact for every order because over several years it creates thousands of contacts which a Xero account can't withstand. Xero PLC make it hard to delete old "contacts" from the account, which makes it hard to comply with GDPR auto-deletion of customer information. I have had to modify the plugin so that it sends the order to Xero with every order made by a person called "websiteCustomer" and "customeremail@deletethis.com" to fix this. Ease of use

Works great for creating invoices in Xero from a WooCommerce order. However, I decided to cancel the subscription as there is no option to email an Invoice attachment like I can in Zapier (although a lot more expensive), i need this functionality.

Not very good
The export to Xero as an invoice works quite well. But you cannot mark as paid using the payment method. Everything marked paid goes to one bank account. So as I use PayPal, bank Transfer and Credit Card there is no way to set the payment to the right account in Xero. This makes the plugin fairly useless. I had a similar plugin on nopcommerce before I moved to woocommerce and this let you map each payment method to an account in Xero. It's not complicated. Add to that support kept the situation in limbo for so long the refund date has passed. I've ended up creating my own process using make.com where I have full control.
