Método de envio FedEx

Com o método de envio FedEx, no checkout, os compradores poderão consultar e receber a cobrança sobre o envio, de acordo com as suas tarifas do FedEx. As tarifas são definidas pela API da FedEx.

Essa extensão requer que a sua loja utilize dólares dos EUA ou do Canadá como moeda, sendo um deles o país-sede. Para utilizar o Legacy SOAP API, seu servidor precisa ter o SOAP instalado. Polegadas e libras são as unidades com que trabalhamos, mas outras unidades poderão ser convertidas automaticamente.

I attempted to switch from the SOAP API to the REST API using your plugin. After entering the new API credentials, the plugin crashed my live site. I had to manually disable it via File Manager just to recover the storefront. This has been incredibly frustrating and not something I expect from a paid plugin. I’ve completely lost confidence in the plugin and am switching to a more stable solution. Please issue a full refund — this is not production-ready and has caused real disruption to our business. To figure out what caused the fatal error on your site, it would be helpful if you could share that error log with our team, as we're definitely interested in investigating this further since the current version is stable and working as expected on other sites. As for the refund, I can confirm that it's already been processed, so you should see those funds returned to the purchasing card soon.

i have also purchased this, and it worked fine in the past but now will not show up. extremely disappointed. what happened? do not recommend.

I took a look at your site just now and the issue doesn't appear to be happening anymore, as FedEx rates were offered in all the tests I performed and it looks like everything is working correctly. I have followed each step described and I cannot get it to show me the shipping rates. I have been trying to do a simple rate configuration for 4 days and I have no positive results, much less support who does not answer any of my questions. Technical problems and bugs with the plugin. When it works and when the user can configure it properly (which is not trivial), then it works very well. But the plugin is released with bugs that blocked my whole checkout process because it could not find rates.
