Privacy-first
Smart Reorder Email doesn’t track opens, clicks, or conversions, and never sends data to external servers. Everything stays in your WordPress database.
Edit the product, go to the "General" tab, and set the "Repurchase delay (days)" field (e.g. 30) to remind the customer 30 days after purchase. Leave it empty to disable reminders for that product.
Yes. Smart Reorder Email is built on WooCommerce's own email template system, so it automatically inherits your store's email logo, colors, and typography instead of using a separate generic design.
When enabled, Smart Reorder Email generates a unique, single-use coupon code for each reminder, restricted to that customer's email address and the specific product. You control the discount type (percentage or fixed), amount, code prefix, and validity period from the email settings.
Yes. From WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Smart Reorder Reminder, you can customize the subject, body text, button label and color, and use dynamic variables like {customer_name} and {product_name}. Use the "Preview email" button to see a live render, or "Send test email" to receive a real test copy before it goes live.
