the customer support and the integration team is the turrible support around the world i face it . i face a problem with his plugin over version 3.18 any version after this version conflict with WooCommerce subscriptions Plugin and stop all other payment gates , and force a subscriptions to be not more than 6 month the integration team ask our company for staging website to try to solve the problem for a week without solving any problem and stooping replaying at all i'm not recommended this plugin to any business or live website if i can select less than 1 star i will do it

I am extremely disappointed with Paymob's service. Despite following the initial steps in their documentation, I was unable to proceed further and reached out to their support team for help. The agent I spoke to assured me that a dedicated agent would be assigned to assist me. However, it has been over a month, and no one has contacted me since. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. I had high expectations, but this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend Paymob to others based on this poor level of service.
