Invoices (including simplified invoices, full invoices, and refund invoices) are created automatically in your FacturaDirecta account when orders reach the status you choose. Each invoice is generated with your selected numbering series, payment account, and PDF template, fully synced with your store data.
This extension saves time, reduces support requests, and makes sure invoices are always available where theyāre needed.
Yes, an active FacturaDirecta subscription is required to use this extension.
No. Unlike the official method which uses Zapier, this extension connects WooCommerce directly to FacturaDirecta.
Yes. You can define which WooCommerce order statuses trigger invoice creation (e.g. āprocessingā, ācompletedā, etc.).
Yes. Customers can access their invoices in My account, and admins can manage them from the WooCommerce Orders panel.
Yes. You can enable automatic invoice emails from the extension settings.
When a full refund is processed in WooCommerce, the plugin automatically creates a refund invoice in FacturaDirecta.
The refund invoice is linked to the original invoice and includes the correct negative amounts. You can also configure a separate numbering series for refund invoices.
Partial refunds are not supported.
Yes, this extension is compatible with all WooCommerce payment gateways.
Yes. You can select the PDF template you want to use from your FacturaDirecta account settings.
Yes. FacturaDirecta is fully compatible with the Spanish VeriFactu requirements. All invoices generated through this integration follow the format and rules supported by FacturaDirectaās certified VeriFactu implementation.
