All inquiries are stored in the Product Inquiries admin menu. You can view, reply to, and manage the status of each inquiry (Pending, Replied, Resolved). Use the advanced filters at the top to filter by product, status, inquiry type, or date range. Update status directly from the inquiry edit screen using the "Inquiry Status" selector.
