Memberships vous permet de créer un système d’adhésion complet qui est lié en toute transparence à votre boutique.
Vous pouvez limiter votre contenu aux membres, mais vous pouvez également « diffuser au compte-gouttes » ce contenu au fil du temps pour planifier le moment où les membres y auront accès. Vendez l’accès aux adhésions membres, incluez des adhésions avec des achats de produits, attribuez manuellement des adhésions et intégrez complètement des avantages dédiés aux membres dans votre boutique.
Vendre ou attribuer des adhésions
Memberships are not a specific type of WooCommerce product; au lieu de cela, des plans d’adhésion sont créés indépendamment des produits. Accorder stratégiquement l’accès au contenu
Vous consacrez beaucoup de travail à votre contenu réservé aux membres, donc Memberships vous permet de planifier le moment où vos membres y auront accès. Vous pouvez diffuser au compte-gouttes du contenu, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez planifier le moment où les membres auront accès à votre contenu. Par exemple, vous pouvez exiger que les clients soient membres pendant une semaine avant qu’ils ne puissent accéder à certains articles ou pages.

Afficher automatiquement aux membres leurs avantages
Si la gestion des adhésions doit être facile pour vous, elle doit l’être également pour vos membres. Les membres peuvent trouver toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin sur leurs adhésions dans la section membres. Les membres peuvent accéder à la section pour n’importe quelle adhésion depuis la page « Mon compte » en cliquant sur « Vue ».

Vous pouvez activer une ou plusieurs parties de la section membres afin d’afficher aux membres une liste du contenu accessible (article et pages), des produits, des remises et/ou des remarques publiques concernant les adhésions. Si un membre a accès ultérieurement au contenu, il peut également voir la date d’accès.
Importer ou exporter des membres
Vous disposez de nombreux outils pour gérer les membres dans WooCommerce, mais vous pouvez également vous connecter à d’autres services, tels que l’importation d’une liste de membres dans un outil de messagerie. Memberships vous permet d’exporter des membres vers un fichier CSV pour que vous puissiez extraire des données sur les membres depuis WooCommerce vers d’autres outils.
Vous pouvez également importer des membres via fichier CSV pour ajouter de nouveaux abonnements, créer de nouveaux utilisateurs ou mettre à jour de manière groupée des membres existants en fusionnant votre fichier avec des données existantes.
Simplifier la communication avec les membres
Lorsque vous gérez un site d’adhésion, vous passez beaucoup de temps sur le service client et la gestion des membres. Nous avons essayé de rendre cela aussi simple que possible avec Memberships. Nous avons ajouté des « Notes d’adhésion » afin que vous puissiez suivre les informations sur les adhésions d’un client, ajouter vos propres notes en références et même communiquer facilement avec un membre en particulier en partageant une note avec lui par e-mail.
Vous pouvez également utiliser des e-mails de rappel d’expiration et de renouvellement pour informer les membres de la fin de leurs adhésions et les inviter à effectuer un renouvellement ou une mise à niveau.

Memberships + Subscriptions
Memberships est entièrement fonctionnel comme solution d’adhésion autonome, mais il fonctionne très bien avec la solution de paiements récurrents eCommerce la plus avancée disponible : WooCommerce Subscriptions.
Lorsque les deux extensions sont actives, Memberships peut exploiter certaines fonctionnalités de Subscriptions pour vous donner plus de flexibilité sur la facturation des adhésions (plus de détails dans notre documentation) :
- Memberships peut utiliser la facturation récurrente (c.-à-d. paiements mensuels) pour l’adhésion plutôt qu’une durée définie (comme une année).
- Memberships peut utiliser Subscriptions comme plan de paiement, mais contrôler la durée d’accès automatiquement pour prendre en charge les paiements échelonnés.
- Des essais gratuits peuvent être utilisés pour l’adhésion via un abonnement.
- La restriction et la diffusion au compte-gouttes du contenu peut inclure ou exclure des périodes d’essai gratuits, ce qui vous permet de contrôler le contenu disponible dans les essais.
- Les membres peuvent interrompre leurs propres adhésions en suspendant un abonnement.
- Les membres peuvent mettre à niveau ou rétrograder des adhésions en changeant un abonnement.
- Les mises à niveau et les rétrogradations peuvent exploiter le paiement avec proratas de Subscriptions pour garantir l’exactitude des coûts d’adhésion.
Même si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser la facturation récurrente, vous pouvez exploiter les autres fonctionnalités de Subscriptions en définissant la durée de l’abonnement sur un cycle de facturation afin de pouvoir bénéficier de mises à niveau et de rétrogradations ou de périodes d’essai.

Heya Joe, thanks for the review and the feedback here! An account landing page is a great idea. One problem we’ve had is that customers can have more than one membership, so a landing page for each membership becomes difficult, but it’s on our radar. Some users have used « custom thank you page » or « redirect thank you page » plugins to help here for redirects when someone purchases a membership, so this might be an option in the meantime!

I am really, really disappointed with this plugin. It is one of the most expensive membership plugins, but it has fewer options and customizations than other much cheaper. I have bought two other membership plugins, and I have used a couple of free ones, so I can really compare this one with the others.
Here are a few of the things that can’t be done with this plugin, and that all others have.
1. See a preview of the email members will get. There is absolutely no way to see what your members will see once they get their membership activated or when its going to expire, etc.
2. Modify and customize all the contents of the emails members will get.
3. Give members specific coupons (not discount on all products), but coupons.
4. Configuration of the registration form, it uses the Woocommerce checkout as registration.
5. Most of them install the files they have translated to other languages (in my case Spanish), even the incomplete files. With this plugin there are no files in other languages…except Japanese.
6. Customize the member account look, REALLY customize.
Not to mention that most of the other paid plugins offer recurring payments integrations.
Those are only a few of the basic things that others offer (even for free sometimes) and that are missing on this one.
The Answer I get from Costumer service, is that I can buy a plugin to enhance the checkout process in woocommerce and include other fields, and I can buy a plugin to handle coupons, I can buy a plugin to customize emails and so on and on. But that’s exactly the point, the other plugins have all those things, including subscriptions and recurrent payments.
So basically I have to spend over 400 USD to be able to do for one site, all the things other plugins do for half that price or less.
I bought this plugin because I have to provide a subscription option in this site, and since I needed to use Woocommerce (because of the payment methods), I figured the best way to go was to buy Woocommerce Subscriptions and Woocommerce Memberships so everything would integrate seamlessly. But it has so many missing features, that is just terribly frustrating and infuriating because I feel I just wasted my money, plus I am offering this client a lot less features than what I offer to others with simpler pages and free membership plugins.

For renewal discounts, we recommend including these in your membership emails; for example, many sites use a discount in the « membership ending soon » email, which gives them maximum control over what customers should get when renewing. 🙂
For link plans to other plans, Memberships can ensure multiple plans have access to the same content or perks, so content can be linked to more than one plan.
For menu protection, we recommend a free plugin in our documentation overview, and you can read about it here.
For URL protection, this shouldn’t be done within a plugin, as it should be done at the server level. We have a recommended approach in our FAQ.

Overall I think it’s a great product and integrates very well with WooCommerce, as well as other Woo add-ons like Smart Coupons, and the settings are available right alongside the other standard WooCommerce settings, so you don’t have to get accustomed to a whole different admin area. My one negative is that I feel the process of purchasing a membership and the actually activating it is not as smooth as it could be. So I would give this 4.5 stars if I could.

We were deciding between a pay-for service and setting up WCMemberships. It is super versatile, meaning in our situation we needed to set up individuals as well as teams. We also had to build our own certification for our field. Only wordpress would enable us to do that. I am taking the time to write because of the support though. Something « updated » and the videos weren’t showing in the lesson anymore. I reached out and they were super responsive. Not only that, it was totally our fault because we didn’t have the permissions set properly. They got us to the documentation to get everything set up right away. It was costing us refunds/revenue so I appreciate their responsiveness.

I have to be honest, you need to carefully read the reviews on this plugin before buying. the support is poor, and the plugin can only be described as an overpriced basic membership plugin very much lacking. i’m surprised this woo’s offering as a membership solution.

I purchased Woocommerce Subscriptions and Woocommerce Memberships and am very happy with both.
Was not happy with the formatting of the basic My Account page, so I decided to reformat it.
BIG mistake, as I managed to totally screw up the endpoints and the result was totally useless.
Contacted customer support and Erica was very helpful and sorted the problem out.

Thanks so much for the notes here, Victoria! Glad to hear you’ve had good success with customizations as well. Shortcodes based on status isn’t something Memberships does just yet (the non-member shortcode targets all non-active members, including people who have lapsed memberships or guests), but we’re tracking interest in this and I’ve added your vote. 🙂
