The Clone Orders extension adds functionality for duplicating orders to streamline the process of adding similar orders quickly.
Use Cases
Having the power to duplicate orders lets you to build efficient processes and handle customer requests more quickly. This includes scenarios such as:
Handling exchanges for customers: Refund the returned items on the original order, clone to a new empty order, and add the exchanged item. You can then follow your usual order fulfillment process with the new order and your reporting will still be accurate.
Manually inserting the same (or a similar) order for multiple customers:Â Create it once, then clone as many times as needed, just updating the customer details as required.
Receiving repeat purchase orders from existing customers: Duplicate their last order and update as required to speed up an otherwise slow and tedious process.
Click the clone order button to create a copy.Optionally select whether to include line items in the clone, or keep it empty.Initiate a clone straight from the order listing screen.
With the Clone Orders extension, accelerate your existing processes: handle exchanges efficiently and manually input repeat orders quickly. Streamlined processes save precious time — and help to deliver a positive customer experience.
Fantastic support that replied quickly and provided amazing custom solutions to tweak/extend the plugin. They also seem to be taking on board the feedback provided and will add extra features and out-of-the-box customisation options in future releases. Couldn't be happier with the support received and also the plugin itself.
This is.. useless. It will clone your order. Like CLONE it. Same date. Same paid amount. Same status (closed/completed). Same everything. Why is it so hard to find a plugin that just copies the important parts of an order, to re-order easily for a customer or similar?
Bought this and have only used it once. Threw the ordering system out and, by the time I had checked, added and adjusted I might has well just created a new order. So...is it worth it, no, not really.
This does not allow me to duplicate the full order including the notes. The notes is important to my business for multiple reasons. I also cant see if a customer has viewed the order or not so maybe if you can add call to action ?
