Took some configuring but did what I wanted it to.
I had to engage the help of technical support which was pretty quick to respond. I think perhaps the language on the plugin instructions could use some elaboration and more examples. I have a ton going on in the site it's used on - wp-members (which does NOT block member-only content if it's a product!), products that require login (>200), products that DON'T require login (just a few), and a checkout screen that needed to remain public. The site owner likes to know who is purchasing their products, and we also don't want these products viewable by non-members if they happen to be found by searching or link sharing. I'm thankful it worked out well.

Private Products Not Working
I have followed all instructions to make certain products private. My desire is for anyone to see a specific product, but not be able to purchase it unless they are logged into their previously created account. I have set everything up as instructed per the WooCommerce website as well as other's YouTube videos and nothing is working.
