I don't generate a great deal of income for them as my sales are rather low but they have given me top notch support none the less. I think Fortis is great.

This plugin has broken my checkout page since the last update. It keeps pulling over the billing address into the shipping address and it's costing me business from frustrated customers. I haven't even bothered trying to contact support this time because I have never gotten so much as a returned email any time I've previously tried to reach out. I'm doing everything I can possibly do to get my company away from this awful payment processor.

All of the “updates” in the last few months have a glitch causing random orders to show “pending payment” or “cancelled” on the website, but the credit card transactions were actually approved. I have contacted fortis multiple times, but the problem continues. We are having to manually cross-check every order with the transactions on the fortis account. I would not recommend this plugin for any Wordpress site.

Works but could be improved
As far as accepting payments it works fine. I've lost a few sales tho because the fields to input card number and stuff doesn't show up on the checkout page until after the customer clicks your woocommerce purchase button which is super confusing to the customer. It will show up as a blank grey box until that purchase button is clicked and then you can input your card number, super confusing. I would love to see this fixed.

The plugin uses the purchase button as a method to ensure that all required information is entered on the checkout page before a customer makes a payment, to ensure that orders are not placed with missing data. We are assessing how to reduce friction in this flow in future releases.
