WooCommerce AI is currently in private beta. We’re inviting merchants in waves and actively shaping the product based on your feedback. Some features are still in development, and new capabilities are on the way. Join the waitlist to request access. This extension is currently only available to stores in the U.S., not hosted on WordPress.com, and has English as the primary store language.

WooCommerce AI is a built-in assistant that helps you manage your store through natural conversation. Ask about orders, update products, create coupons, and get things done faster, right inside your WooCommerce dashboard.

What you can do

WooCommerce AI brings a conversational assistant directly into your WooCommerce dashboard. Instead of navigating menus to check on an order or building a report to answer a basic question, you ask in plain language and get a direct answer.

Every action goes through a plan-and-confirm step before anything changes in your store. You see exactly what the assistant is going to do, and nothing happens until you approve it.

WooCommerce AI handles the day-to-day tasks that stack up across five core areas of store management:

• Orders: Look up any order, filter by status or date range, understand what’s pending, and take action without leaving the conversation.
• Products: Find products, check stock levels, update details, and make changes across multiple listings with a single confirmed action.
• Customers: Look up customer history, find contact details, and understand purchasing patterns without digging through reports.
• Coupons: Create, modify, or check the status of coupons directly through the assistant.
• Analytics: Ask questions about your store’s performance and get direct answers without building a custom report first.

How actions work

WooCommerce AI uses a plan, preview, and confirm approach for every change. Describe what you want to do, review exactly what the assistant plans to change, and approve before anything happens. Your store only updates when you say so.

What’s coming soon

We’re building toward agentic commerce: the ability for your store to participate in AI-powered shopping experiences beyond your own site. Capabilities like native checkout on Google’s AI surfaces are in active development and will roll out to beta users first.
