    Not working at all, we tried everything. Support not helpful. We cancelled the subscription and use a different tool. No recommendation from our side.

    After approximately six months of using the CedCommerce Mirakl WooCommerce integration, our opinion has changed from our initial positive review. While Akshay Srivastava and the support team have been responsive and professional, we have continued to experience connection problems, syncing issues, and limitations that require ongoing troubleshooting. We ultimately developed our own custom plugin using Codex and AI-assisted coding to address deficiencies in the CedCommerce plugin and better handle our Mirakl/WooCommerce integration. The speed at which AI now allows businesses to develop customized solutions has been eye-opening. Our praise for the CedCommerce support team still stands, but the integration itself has not proven as reliable as we initially expected. As AI-assisted development continues to advance, traditional integration platforms like this will need to become significantly more reliable, flexible, and cost-effective to remain competitive.

    Mirakl tech support is having trouble with our "Bundles" - they seem unable to map them correctly to their site. This is more of a Mirakl issue than a WooCommerce issue at this point. We are trying to connect our website to the Step up for Students (SUFS) Mirakl platform. We signed up for the Mirakl Connect Monthly service for $700 per month 2 weeks ago and we are still working on the integration. It may turn our alright, but it's been frustratingly slow. Thanks for the opportunity to leave a review.

    We audited the plugin before installing on our site and found multiple, significant security vulnerabilities. We contacted the seller and supplied the details. Hopefully, they'll fix the issues but there is no way we would install and try it in the current condition.
