I want to be able to sale without stock. I order only when it is sold. As my supplier sell only product by packaging of 6, I need to push my customer to buy by 6-12-18-24..
The plugin min max doesn’t work because this should apply to products on pre order ONLY.
I’m sure many of us this feature. Thank you for considering.

That’s a specific supply-chain constraint — needing customers to order in multiples of the supplier’s pack size (6, 12, 18, 24) is a real quantity rule, not something a generic min/max on the whole product can enforce, especially when it should only apply during pre-order and not regular stock.
Smart Pre-Order Manager for WooCommerce supports setting minimum and maximum order quantities specifically for pre-order products, so the rule only applies while the item is on pre-order, not to regular in-stock purchases.
