Do I need to be a WooCommerce customer to opt in?
Nope. We want to hear from people who don’t currently use our products, too, so anyone can sign up.
What type of research do you do?
Our studies might consist of beta testing, surveys, phone or video interviews, or usability testing, and can all be done from the comfort of your computer –anywhere, anytime. Each invitation will specify the type of session before you agree to participate, so you can pick the ones that work best for you.
When will you contact me?
The information you give us will be used to pair you with suitable research opportunities. Depending on the criteria, you could be chosen to participate in a range of different studies.
Do I have to live in a certain country to opt in?
You can participate from anywhere. Woo works remotely around the globe, so if we don’t have to go to an office, you shouldn’t, either. 😛

Yes, you will need to be 18 or over to participate.
If I no longer wish to be contacted, how do I unsubscribe?
If you wish to leave the group at any time, opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the study emails you receive from us, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can remove you from the group.
