Limit the number of tickets to purchase by a user
Let a product be purchased only to the max of a certain quantity, like 2 tickets for example. The inventory can limit the whole number being purchased of a product, but it does not allow to limit the number of items being purchased of a product to X, X being a number that can be chosen.
