  Automatically email customers that have purchased the customer when a question is asked about the product

  Automatically email customers that have purchased the customer when a question is asked about the product. Give them the opportunity to answer the question. Throttle velocity of outgoing emails and lookups to not crash server. Similar to Amazon functionality.

  Filter sort all the reviews and not only sort the reviews on the current page. Now we have 33 pages of reviews for a single product. How can the filter options sort all the reviews and not only sort the reviews on the current page.
