Product inquiry via WhatsApp on woocommerce

The Product Inquiry via WhatsApp plugin makes it easy for customers to reach you directly through WhatsApp from your WooCommerce store.

  • From the admin settings, you can:
  • Add your WhatsApp number
  • Select specific products or categories
  • Restrict the button by user role
  • Set a stock level at which the whats app inquiry button appears automatically

On the product page, customers see an “Inquiry via WhatsApp” button. When clicked, a simple popup form appears, asking for their name, required quantity, required date, and any additional message. Once submitted, the plugin sends all details to your WhatsApp — including product name, quantity, total price, customer message, and a unique inquiry token. The inquiry is also saved in the WooCommerce admin for future reference.

On eligible product pages, an Inquiry button appears. You Can Collect customer details like:

All submitted inquiry details are displayed under the WhatsApp Inquiry tab in the WooCommerce admin area.
