WooCommerce Accommodation Bookings

Hi, this is not a bug report but a request for future improvement.

We are using the Woo Bookings plugin with Woo Bookings Accommodation.

The plugin treats days on which guests check out as “partially booked”, which is misleading, as they are fully available for new guests checking in.

This becomes apparent when you change the calendar’s styling to show partially booked days in a different colour.

Idea for enhancement: for Accommodation booking products, show days on which all guests check out (no check-in, no ongoing bookings) as fully available.

This would follow a similar logic to the Accommodation plugin, which modifies fully booked end days and start days, but extends the logic to partially booked days.

I’ve implemented this on a client site as a custom modification. Hooks I’ve used are woocommerce_bookings_booked_day_blocks and woocommerce_bookings_find_booked_day_blocks.

My code checks whether, on any given day, there are any bookings at check-in time. If booked = 0, then the day is treated as fully available.
