Add rules for if “customer has/hasn’t logged in”

It would be great if we could base workflows based on the last time user has logged in into their account. That is a good way to recognise inactive customers if the service requires login in order to be used. For example a restricted website for paying customers, an external app using WordPress login to allow access to the app, and more.
