Maybe we can inform the customer by sending an e-mail in case of delays caused by the shipping company.
Example: If the order status has been n and then n days have passed and it has not been completed yet, it would be nice to send an email to the customer.
For example, in this scenario, we can send an email like this;
Hello dear customer, We delivered your order to cargo on n date but n days have passed and still not delivered to you. We advise you to call the shipping company to get information about your package.
This allows the customer to understand that the problem is not caused by us.
