Allow customers to request a custom shipping quote from the store manager for situations where a flat rates / live quotes are not possible.

Button Disabled When Submitted

When the request for a quote is submitted using the “Place Order” button, the button remains, and no message is shown to make the customer aware that they have successfully submitted the form.

Because of this people try to submit the form multiple times. Ideally I want to be able to show a message after submission to say: “Thanks for your shipping request. Our staff will process this request ASAP in our opening hours. Thank you for your patience.” and the button disabled.

At the moment customers are trying to send multiple attempts to request an order and are getting frustrated.

    Hi,

    This is exactly what the ‘(Thank you) Popup page’ setting is for 🙂 When the quote has been requested successfully the popup will appear with the contents of the page you have configured in that setting.
