We migrated from BigCommerce. One very nice feature of the UPS integration was getting shipping quotes in the admin when creating draft orders or editing existing orders. We have customers change their orders and shipping addresses for orders often, so being able to update their shipping address when editing an order and getting a new rate quote without leaving the screen would save us loads of time and help us quote shipping without signing in as them.
