our case is pre-order neither pre-sell : when we define new higher price for the products in bulk, then each pre-order including those product increase the total value and the customers notify by email also when those product become available the customer see the ready to be paid invoice equal to the increased amount of price in dashboard.

That’s an important distinction — a pre-order should lock in the price at the time it was placed, not silently inherit a later bulk price increase. Customers who already committed shouldn’t see their invoice total jump without warning.
Smart Pre-Order Manager for WooCommerce locks in the price at the time the pre-order is placed, so a later price change to the product doesn’t affect existing pre-orders or their invoices.
