When we have online store for long time we have many old products. We call them “end of life” products and short name is EOL.
We know these products will not be sold again.
We don’t want to delete them, since it affects sales reports and order details and not good for SEO.
We would like to have custom status for these goods.

Either custom stock status : EOL
Or
Custom status like published but EOL.

These products should be hidden.
Don’t interfere with database queries.
Don’t need to be listed on product categories.
Basically should be treated like hidden products but also should not be purchased.

That will help to speed front end queries and also will help to organize stores.
